Erik Spoelstra and the Heat Culture

Erik Spoelstra has been at the helm of the Miami Heat since 2008. Despite losing in the NBA Finals last month, Miami Heat's Culture has been something that has been talked about in thru the years in covering the NBA. Success for the franchise has stood out despite the odds that they face. It all boils down to how the team has found some rough gems that the team has been able to suit and thrive in their very unique team culture. The team found success this past season with a crew that were largely unheralded and underrated coming into the league. Yet the players found success with the team's culture and they may continue to find it in the coming years. Below is a feature that Denise Tan and I produced that aired after the NBA Finals. We got to talk to coach Erik Spoelstra, Caleb Martin and Duncan Robinson and how they can describe what Heat Culture is all about.
